We are living in a difficult time, in particular for the children.
- With enormously differences between rich and poor, - refugees, hunger
and diseases, - fear, violence, war and terror.
Life is demanding extremely
much of every one of us.
At the same time we experience a loss of
power as individuals, contributing with something that really counts, living
together in peace and freedom.
And every day
we experience the society fighting continuously against fear and violence, for security and
defence, - with the use of force and weapons.
There is an alternative, - without the use of force and weapons:
- Opening up
to the individual free, loving and creative power living inside.
- Take responsibility, and work together at the local, national and global level.
- And as a tool for this - we can use ...

Yes, because all in life is a
rythm between
The silent mountain
. the quite forest
Winter and spring
.
night and day
The whispering wind in the trees ... the playing water in the brook ...
the birds singing
The loving
couple
the child playing
yes, every single one of us as well
with our
own voice
own breath
.
We all need ... silence
In silence we find the rest we
need
the thought and spirit of our own.
In the silence we also find the
strongest power in life.
We therefore use the silence to listen, ... being in respect,
remembering those we have lost.
The power of silence increases
by music.
Singing is music. - Singing together
is synergy.
And with love, the sound of Music - Song
breaks any wall !
Still we have not used Silence - Music - Song strong
enough,
as a defence against fear and violence
Still it remains to experience that we as
people, states and continents united,
use SILENCE - MUSIC - SONG as our primarily tool for
peace.

World situation is not peaceful.
It is therefore vital necessary that everyone of us take responsibility, and create peace for one another.
Likewise identify what we all truly

Citizens.
And live together as sisters
and brothers in the family we all truly belong, the

Stronger we become, when more working together.
Extra strong we become, when
working together, exactly at the same time.
And playfully easy it
becomes, when both sides, right and left, instead of working in opposite direction,
work together in the same direction,

To put the wave of peace into action, and step by step increase its power,
In this world it is common to
arrange military-exercises, based on force and weapons.
Practice makes perfect.
A plan for for peace - is based on
The plan is therefore based on, - free public peace events,
- uniting in silence and sing together.
And also open for this live
through radio and TV.
By this we all get the opportunity
of working together exactly at the same time, - creating peace together.
Even
sitting alone home.
Step 1 in the plan goes like this:
In the beginning of October start with a practice in
Norway, by the Monolith in the Vigeland-park in Oslo,
and other places
where it is suitable.
- By gathering in silence and sing united, a simple child-song.
Next, week by week in 12
weeks, continue the same way with practices all around the North.
- Uniting
all the Nordic people and countries, included the Baltics.
By this we all in the North, get
the opportunity of working together at the same time.
And step by step, unite into one peaceful family.
And 27 December confirm this.

freedom in life only by hoping. Nor expecting or demanding others creating it for us.
In our own and individual way, it

Israeli - Palestinian,

We are all world citizens, equal
world citizens.
The child-song
The song is built on three simple words:

This means the sun of women,
and is a name of the Sirius star.
The rays of Sirius have qualities
equal to the sun.
Here on earth it is ... the
newborn child ... the new world citizen, who is the sun.

Citizen, is therefore giving an extra power of love to all new world citizens in
the world.
An extra power to all the children in the world.
As a tool in the plan, the song

We appeal to all people adopting
the declaration, which is saying:
By our own power ... by love ... we are creating the peace.
Our most important, and the true
work in life ... is love.
Love is the very seed and cause we all are living. Out of love we all have been created.
We therefore
all rise from the very same essence, and have all the very same heritage.

Everyone of us is in the need of
respect, security and care. - To be loved just the way we are.
Our plan will succeed, and has
already succeeded, when we know: - It is the child in everyone we love.

Victory of life,

By willing, we
easily set on fire,

life, in which we never get tired.
The child is
playing without any rest.
Adults know, this
is life at the best.
The Peace Stone ... is also supporting.
The Peace Stone we pass forward, every place we unite
and practice.
From country to country, continent to continent, all around
the world, as a relay stick.
The last sentence in the

The United Nations goal is clear: A world without violence and lasting peace.
To create this, all the leaders of
the UN countries were gathered September 2000. They adopted The Millennium
Declaration.
As UN Secretary-General, Kofi Annan had the wish that the declaration
not only should become a statement of principles, but an action plan.
And
he hoped that the whole world would keep an eye following it up.
The Millennium
Declaration is saying:
2. We have a collective responsibility, in particular to the children of the world.
4. We are determined to establish just and lasting peace all over
the world.
5. Ensure that
globalization becomes a positive force for all.
8. We will spare no effort to free our peoples from the scourge
of war.
30. Give greater opportunities to the civil society in general to contribute.
Kofi Annan also expressed the wish of: - More music into the work.
And called for contributions, also from the sivil society, - creating the peace.
The peace plan
on Silence - Music - Song gives an answer.
It is therefore a wish,
to present the plan at the United Nations General Assembly.
